Well, it’s been a doozy of a year—complete with loads of curveballs and recalibrations—and that’s especially why we’re ending our 2025 dinner series on a high note. December’s dinner isn’t just a celebration of the season; it’s a quiet exhale, a toast to resilience, and a curated nod to the post-storm lessons we’ve learned along the way.

And yes, it’s time to bust out our favorites: Champagne, Bandol, Burgundy, and Bordeaux. From the first pour to the last bite, come celebrate the season with an evening of great food, friends, and, of course, superb wine.

Adam’s put together a terrific menu that hits all the right notes with our AWM Hand-Picked Selections.

Previous WIne DInners

We’re taking another spirited detour from our usual French-themed dinner gatherings and heading straight into Spain for our November Wine Dinner. This evening’s lineup celebrates the depth and diversity of Spanish winemaking—from crisp whites in Rueda to bold reds in Rioja and beyond—all sourced through our trusted local and regional import partners.

Chef Adam Thome of 67 Biltmore has crafted a seasonal menu that leans into the heart of the rustic, vibrant, and deeply expressive cuisine of Spain. You can look forward to a fun and relaxed night of great food, soulful wines, and warm company.
